Those two opposite organizations, modern and post-modern organizations, have been approaching to each other to form a kind of hybrid organizations. In so far the firm theory established by the New Institutionalist Schools has enormous impact on organizational research field, but it cannot explain the development of internal markets within the firm because of its rigid framework of \"hierarchy vs markets\". If we take the internal markets more seriously, then we should see the firm as the space where hierarchy and markets interact with each other. In this new framework of the firm organization we could better understand the interesting phenomenon mentioned above.
