 note = {P(論文), 都市は多様な立場の人びとが行きかう空間である。さまざまな主体が世代や関心の相違をこえて共有しうる対象の1つは,その人びとが生活・活動し,あるいは訪れる場そのものである。特定の場所を共有できた人びとは,他者が「生きる/生きた」異なる時間(個人史)へ関心をいだくことになるかもしれない。「オープンミュージアム」とはまさに,こうした個人史の絡み合いからバブリックヒストリーを創出してゆく過程で,主体間に対話を生み出す街づくりの仕掛けである。人びとの関心を特定の場所に惹きつける手法として,過去に刻まれてきた場所の歴史を発見・再発見する街歩きをまずは提案したい。そのためには,街のなかから集められた具体的な素材を活かしながら,多くの人びとが関心をもつ学習テーマを設定しなければならない。本論では市川市北西部をサンプル地域として取りあげ,文化景観の形成史を提示する。文化景観はそれ自身,自然の営力と人間の営為の絡み合いから生まれる歴史的産物であり,自然科学や人文社会科学といった学問分野の境界を超克するテーマとなりうるからである。次ぎに,人びとに「発見」を促すためには,各場所で適切な情報(たとえば,過去に撮影された写真や解説文)を提供する仕組みが必要となる。ここでは,携帯電話のインターネット機能とQRコードの利用を組み合わせた情報の受信システムを提案する。, Cities are the space where various individuals come across. What the people share, in spite of all the possible differences, is the place where they live, act or visit. If the people have frequent opportunities for dialogues with those who share the place, they will come to be interested in the 'personal histories' of others. The 'Open Museum' is a scheme of community development to generate dialogues, lacking in modern cities, by inventing a shared or 'public history' of its place through the entanglement of their personal histories. In order to encourage various inhabitants and visitors to be interested in specific places, the 'Open Museum' organizes heuristic tours through which the participants can discover and rediscover the past engraved on the spots. First, those tours should embody interesting themes built on specific topics and materials collected by fieldworks. The northwestern part of Ichikawa City, Chiba Prefecture of Japan, is presented here as a sample area, and we would like to provide a theme on its cultural landscape, which in itself is a historical product of the entanglements of activities, the human and natural. Secondly, in order to offer the proper information at the right spots to the participants in the tour, we would like to propose the usage of cellular phones accessible to the Internet and the recent-explored 'QR Code' as a device for receiving the prepared data associated with each spot - e.g. pictures taken there in the past.},
